Turn call reviews into the next coaching conversation.

A score is useful when the supervisor can see what happened, who needs help and what to review next.

ILLUSTRATION

For the contact-center operations and quality leader who needs a call review to become a coaching action.

We agree and test your industry workflow before customer use.

01

The calls finish. The review work keeps arriving.

A supervisor has escalations to handle and coaching sessions to prepare. The quality team needs to find the relevant exchange, apply the rubric and explain the finding. A report that only lists scores leaves that work unfinished.

Measures to review: review coverage; review-to-coaching delay; repeat-contact rate; supervisor preparation time.

02

More sampling, more reports, or a queue a supervisor can act on.

Review another sample and unreviewed conversations still remain. Add another report and someone still has to decide what needs coaching. The third option is to connect each finding to the call and the next review action.

03

The conversation starts with its context.

AIVI handles routine calls. When a person is needed, your team gets the conversation and context. The handoff should tell the receiving agent what the customer asked and what has already happened.

04

The coaching session starts before anyone sits down.

The work list: call grading; locating the relevant transcript passage; organizing review findings; preparing the coaching queue; recording supervisor feedback; following up on agreed actions; and writing notes back to the customer record.

A low score without the exchange that caused it becomes another search. An escalation without prior context becomes another explanation. A coaching action without an owner becomes another unfinished item.

05

Every call gets graded. The next action gets an owner.

Every call gets graded and every agent gets coached, human or AI, on the same scorecard.

A supervisor reviews disputed findings and owns the human coaching action. AI-agent findings go to the team responsible for the approved agent version. The scorecard is shared; the response follows the agent’s role.

06

Learn from the calls your team approves.

Start with one task: turn an approved call example into a repeatable response or follow-up step. Review the task against the shared scorecard before releasing the agent version.

Your agents learn the job from your best people, and nothing goes live until someone on your team signs off.

Coaching feedback is not permission for an unreviewed change to reach a customer.

07

From a score report to a coaching queue with context.

Before: the supervisor finds the call, checks the finding and prepares the coaching note. With the agreed workflow: the finding, relevant exchange, review status and next owner are together.

08

Contact-center evidence is still to be supplied.

No published contact-center-specific result is presented on this page.

09

Bring the scorecard and the work after the score.

Choose a queue and the rubric your supervisors use. Review a call, its finding and the coaching action that should follow. Define who reviews exceptions and how an action is closed.
